Kimberly Christian, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Faith-Based Clinical Counselor dedicated to helping Christians integrate a Biblical worldview into their daily lives through the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
She focuses on the connection between thoughts and emotions, guiding clients to align both with God’s Word to alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders.
Kimberly believes that true transformation occurs at the intersection of mental health and faith, and she is passionate about empowering individuals to confidently manage their mental health knowing that their Christian faith supports and enhances the therapeutic process.
As the founder of “The Christian Method,” an online program designed to deepen the integration of faith and mental health, Kimberly strives to make these resources accessible to a wider audience. She is also eager to share her message through workshops, speaking engagements, webinars, and podcasts, with the goal of impacting as many lives as possible.
Kimberly extensive experience in the mental health field, providing treatment to patients with various mental and emotional health diagnoses. She played a pioneering role in the Dallas-Fort Worth area by creating one of the first Faith-Based Outpatient Programs.
Over the past 15 years, Kimberly has led group therapies tailored to diverse patient needs and topics, demonstrating her expertise in facilitating effective treatment.
Kimberly also developed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) classes that successfully addressed the needs of four different demographic groups. In her role as Director of Therapy Services, she worked within an interdisciplinary medical team, ensuring comprehensive care for her patients. She is also the creator of “The Christian Method,” a 16-week CBT program that uniquely combines Psychology, Philosophy, and Theology.
